Crypt Portals? NSWE

Im just scanning through levelprest.txt and i see that there are 4 maps here im almost certain are never even loaded while inside the crypt. There are four of them and they all have a red portal in the center but no vis tiles. My question is has anyone ever been able to get them to be generated by the drlg system?
