All apps I have found, everything I have looked for simply doesn't work.
I wanted to see if I could modify a bit, play around and see if DII modding is for me, but I cannot get the tiles extracted in an openable format so I can edit and reencode.
How can I get the tiles extracted into a PCX (or other format) so that I may start my work?
Am I missing something? Am I being an idiot? Regardless, thank you for what ever answer may come out of this.
EDIT: To clarify, DT1 Tools doesn't work since it doesn't work on 64 bit Windows 10 apparently

Should work on 64 bit win 10, theres a gui for it too, really depends what your trying todo also, are you just trying to edit maps?
