ds1edit_loader problem

Post by csguak » Sun May 21, 2017 4:30 am

Hello, I am trying to add a new super unique to the mountain top (ancient barbarian statue zone)

I read Paul Siramy's guide http://paul.siramy.free.fr/_divers2/tut ... _ds1/#soft

The problem for me is that I cannot open any maps despite having the program.
Here is the issue.

Reason for all this mess:

Even though I have the ds1 file that already exists in maplist.txt, it could not open it. I was wondering maybe because it was missing a ds1edit.ini, which was not included in the first place.

Do I need to download the ds1edit.ini somewhere from our file center?

Thank you.

Sounds like you didn't read the readme; you are using the GUI loader for the win_ds1edit, but you didn't actually install the editor (or point the loader to the editor).
