Pspell for opening stash

Hello

I see that there''s a plugin for D2Mod 1.10 called D2StashScroll which allows an item to open the stash anywhere.
I use 1.13c to mod my game but I don't use the D2Mod system. Someone who knows how to add a now pspell in CE that can make this happen?
I have the Whist code edits for 1.13c but I don't understand how to use or what to do with the tables that are included.
