How fix players could disconnect other players when they had too many active states?

This forum is for discussions on how to edit what can not be edited through the txt files, needless to say this isn't about battle net hacking.

Recode the way stats attached to states are synced to clients; or recode the way states are synced so there is only one state synced per packet.

Is there a simpler way?

Reduce the amount of states players can have, that means less passives, buffs and aurae. Thats the only "softcoded" approach, alternatively you can try reducing what gets sent to the clients, but this can affect the ui. In vanilla reaching this issue still takes a lot of effort, IIRC only barbs can even do it.
