That's what I'm trying to, once I figure out why converting it to 22Khz 16bit stereo does not give me a 22Khz 16bit stereo file. :x

Just started on special itamz - uniques, sets, runewords - made a nice armor that turns you into the Slayer, and for the oppositely aligned people, Zakarum's Avatar plate that turns you into the god of the same name. :)

Also adding some more class-specific skills - you'll see. :) Two words - 'Mountain God'. :D

I thought it was mono, not stereo, that you needed for the .wav file.

But I may be wrong...never converted any or made any new sounds.

22kHz 16-bit mono PCM for the sfx and speeches, 22kHz 16-bit stereo PCM for the music.

What software are you using to make the conversion Brother Laz?

Top left to bottom:

| Lemures. :) High level spell, damage based on the amount of max mana above max life :D and does magic damage. It's also homing, but that only makes it harder to hit, as it only targets once.
| Hidden spell #1: ever wondered what your level 19 character does while you're asleep at 4am on a Saturday night? :mrgreen:
| Bloody Mary, has ITD and teleports enemies away when it hits them. :)

The spells are officially finished, now working on the itamz, which are also almost finished. :D Then just the monsters, balancing and testing, and it's done. :)

[there is a chance I'll be away for some time - in hospital :( but I'm not sure. Just so ya know, if I'm gone for a week or so]

Well, as first I want to add my self to ,I beleve, very big group off people who very admire your:wizard: work.It is amazing to see what are you doing of poor Lod 8-O .
And as second I wish that you will have no need at all for going to hospital.
But if you "must"

This mod will be great, anyway what you plan on it...
Please don't make it too 'dark & evil' like this 'now we fight God'-idea on your previous mod. That's the only thing I didn't like.

Currently stuck on #@& broken passive_mag_mastery property. Now I have to decide whether to a) get rid of all the magic damage spells, or b) get rid of the innate +spell damage per energy point. Thanks Isolde.

Laz, you are way too modest!!!

Your a much better d2 modder than you seem to put yourself to be!

You got a real knack for this, and you should keep going with it. I don't want to see you get a mod to 99% and say its not good enough. Push yourself!

Passives

Because the spell setup with the brain and the books would result in a lot of unusable skill points, each char has [the same] 18 passive skills that increase things like spell damage, give a percentage based stat bonus, resistances or magic find. All of them have diminishing returns, but +skill items do not affect them.

Misc

- New stats on items, and new exceptional and elite items. Realized that the old 'sliding scale' setup of early Median would result in a lot of quilted armors being better than full plate, forcing you to pick up and gamble on everything; it also made no sense unless the quilted armor was somehow special - ie. exceptional or elite. So it's back to normal/exc/elite again. But no 'giant conch' this time. :D

- Redone economy: no longer are certain items strangely cheap or expensive [compare +to all skills with +to single skills in CLoD], and vendors give a lot less money for your items, so you won't be able to get 10K gold from the blood moors alone if you get lucky on scepter drops. Actually, many early items sell for less than the price of an ID scroll. :D It's also more balanced: no longer will wands with +1 necromancer skills go for 2K and wands with +1 necromancer skills and 4-9 poison damage go for 50K.

- New affix pool: every affix line goes up to level 90, and along the way the low level affixes are removed from the affix pool. No more rare elite armors with +2 to life and 5% poison resist!

- Potions heal instantly, percentage based, like in the good old times. This should make them useful again.

- Hirelings have different skills [owwwoooooOOOoooooo] :D and some frustration factors should be reduced. You can heal them [by Healing spell] and many of them also cast healing type spells of their own.
