[plugin] Skill tabs

I've rebuilt the original skill tabs without the arrows and squares.
it was a lot of merging between the 21 existing skilltabs, and some
photoshop tweaks to fix some parts:



if you find some irregularities those don't come from me, the original
background pic from blizz has some random cuts.

Edit: Ok, I guess I'd also share my own squares for icon placement.
thought blizzard ones look kind of bad / not aligned with numbers..



You can download the .psd image for photoshop <here>
It contains the 18 icons, so you simply remove the ones you won't use.
Additionally it comes with the skill tab toggles on the right side.

For arrows there are million combinations so do your own

edit2: with skills, it looks somehow like <this>
If it's too bright, just lower the opacity if it makes you happy
