dcc version maggotqueen death anim

Hi folks, i think it might be useful, as in vanilla, maggot queen death anim is dc6 and hardcoded to be maggotqueen1 only.
i made this dcc version death anim, so other maggotqueens may have a death anim.
you should rename it properly to make it capable with your maggot queens, it works well with the vanilla queen death cof.
