town portal problem

hi guys. i got strange problem. i made my tp looks like mephisto tp. problem is whenever i go near that portal(when its closed) i get drop. i dont know how to fix that. im sure it has something to do with this town portal.

im also thinking that problem might be because my tp looks like portal when you kill mephisto(wide open), not closed one when mephisto is still alive. anyone got idea how to fix that? :/
