small irritating bug

ummm i found a nasty lil bug in my game and it MAY be because i did something wrong but i can ONLY seem to use act 1 mercs... i tried using a merc in each of the acts and everything BUT the rogues crashes my d2... has anyone else had this happen and what can i do to stop it..... i NEEEEEEEED my mercs lol... i need the storage space :P
remember folks... in a drunk driving test.... always, i repeat ALWAYS, touch your own nose and not the cops... they dont like that :D

thats a known bug but i dunno wether he fixed/will fix it with his next release which should happen TODAY!!!
Goddamnit i'm so exited I wish I could wet my pants! (by Bender from Futurama) :twisted:
