Grrrr unable to start mod

I have been away for a long time, and when I came back, I wanted to play CD. However, it will not start. Crashes every time I try to have my character enter a game. New characters have the same problem! At first, I had tried adding a Sorc-specific shield for fun, and got this error. But I completely clean re-installed, and I'm still getting the same error--so I think it must be in the code I downloaded, since what I added isn't there anymore. Here's the error:

Thats odd, I've never seen that error. Try downloading the CD files again and re-installing the mod. Good luck, and nice to have ya back .
