Unique revolution.
Ok this is something i have to address. The uniques in the mod that arent really all that "unique". Let me explain:
In the mod there are *countless* uniques with different names but almost the same exact stats and bonuses. One of the major appeals of this mod was the promise of hundreds of uniques to collect. But when theres just a bunch of "groups" of uniques with 99% identical stats but different names, thats just lame. I feel cheated. The mod guide says there are like 650+ uniques? in reality its around 300.

We need more UNIQUE uniques.

If I remember right the reason is there were different grades for armors. TBH the draw for ZyEl isnt the uniques. Your better served overloading jewels to socket.
And unless you are unofficially patching ZyEl, uniques as they are will linger

I am modding it unofficially and im considering adding completely new uniques. Some with cool mechanics. I wont touch any of the old uniques though. One idea i had was "Spike fist" Unique bracer, has a chance to cast multishot on attack ((Like tiny spikes shooting from your fist)) And yes its possible. Itll need some tweaking but its a cool idea i think.

Runewords have similar issues in ZyEl. There are Gemmed/Jeweled and Non-Gemmed/Jeweled versions of certain words. Also there are varying 'strengths' to certain runewords which benefit different characters at different intervals

Its really not a bad idea, allows certain runewords that people like that can be useable in many forms depending on their level
