Happens upon leaving and re-entering the game
I haven't pinpointed when it comes up, i have to have been outside of town during the session.
I have 8gb of memory so it hasn't actually run out.

Took it to the d2se forum and did some extra digging;
Found this in the offending fog.dll

yes this looks like a problem inside the ZyEl dll edits .. freeing memory more than once.
Dont know if there is anyone actively doing something on ZyEl .. but maybe the modder is still available (but when i remember the code edits were made by Mhyrginoc who retired some years ago)
Any idea's, thoughts etc.? and why hasnt it come up before now?
