Items for eastern sorceror hireling

Well hello.

My question: With a eastern sorceror hireling can I use items with
"+skills for sorcerer" and affect the actual skills of the hireling? or can I just use
"+all skills".

I am a diablo Zy-El player form south america, its true, maybe the first one to join this forum. I just like it a lot, I used to play with my bro an exgirl (few years ago) now my bro started playing again and Iam hooked again too.

Guess its like a drug, a very addictive one, maybe crack.

That makes modders like dealers...
