Q: How to make a hydra ctc ring ?

Hi all,
now, finally, coming from D2SE the fever got me too
I already was a few times close to starting with Zy-El but the mass of options and features stopped in the past.

Ok but now im getting into it.
Im playing SP, so im untwinked/selffound.
Started the usual beginner-classes (Bowie, Nec, Druid (and my favourite Trapsin, but i doubt that is a beginner-class here in Zy-El) but havent got them into the interesting lvls (all under 40).

Hope 40 for druid (wolves), NEC (mages) and Bowie (Multishot) will make some things better.
Got a ring with Grizzly bear skill which is fine but loads are low and im nor able to come up for the repair costs.
But thats all only fyi.
My main concern is the tip to "make" a ring with ctc hydra (for Bowie for example).
From studying the docs i suppose i have to craft a ring and the add the hydra skill - but i suppose i get a simple hydra-skill then and not the ctc hydra ?

What is the correct way ?

Im pretty sure i overread that somewhere but trust me, i read alot

Hello!
To make CtC Ring with hydra you need use that:

crf ring + perfect ruby + uni jewel + elixer => 10% chance to cast L25 Hydra.

or

Code: Select all

crf ring + perfect ruby + demon key + demon box + elixer => 13% chance to cast L30 Hydra.

This second cube recipe is a demon variant... be careful with that because that can come with high penelities... Example:

You can counter the life drain with a Master Mega and still have 10 spare. Even the 10% to cast Level 25 Hydra is still effective as it is.
