I managed to create these bolt from a scroll a while ago and I have a question.
Can you make runewords in these bolts and if so, what would you reccomend?
If not, what should I put in it?

-) do not socket ANYTHING into arrows/bolts.
Reason is that the moment you socket something the quiver can NEVER be replenished EVER. Even the sell/buyback trick doesn't work anymore due to a D2 limitation.
Be happy with the quivers as they are, maybe use some megaloading, but NEVER socket anything

check out the zy-el wiki for that kind of information - or even the documentation (it basically involves pushing your arrows to the max, with dmg/eledmg etc ...)

Megaloading is basically using a Zy-el Scroll and some of the recipes in the wiki to add insane amounts of a buff. In this case, elemental damages. You can apply 80k of all the elements to the bolts and then you would be set for the rest of the game.
