Hello. My name is SheX. And this is my mod E=mc2 Heroic Edition for Diablo 2 LoD 1.10
It was a long time ago when my hard drive crashed. And now from the ashes of memories, I'm proud to present NEW version of my mod.
It's called E=mc2 Heroic Edition. Welcome to the new game experience!

First I want to say THANK YOU to all guys here at Prozen Keep forums(and discord :D ).
I used some plugins from this forum and I don't remember what exactly. And I say thank you to all of you.
Mod fully FREEWARE and you should not buy it. It's FREE.

How to install?
Unzip mod folder "Emc2 R2019 Heroic Edition" in MODS folder in your Diablo II folder.
This mod compatible with D2SE.

Main Features:
* Changed lots of maps
* Added new maps in each act
* Reworked original maps and textures in each act.
* Added lots of easter eggs. Try to count ;)
* Totally REWORKED ACT 3, be ready to enter it.
* Act 3: New gameplay experience!
* Act 3: New monsters, new sounds, new npcs.
* Act 3: New quests, new healing system.
* Act 3: New save system, NO waypoints.
* Act 5 reworked: try another way to find Baal.
* Added new sounds, reworked old ones.
* New music in all acts.

Minior features:
* New UI: Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and Diablo 2 Beta.
* Added PlugY: shared stash, skill respec, stats pages.
* Reworked monsters population.
* Enabled ladder runewords and Cube Recipes
* Added new cube recipes ( see database folder in mod folder)
* Added new Unique Items ( see database )
* Added new set items ( see database )
* Added new runewords ( see database )
* Added new Super Unique monsters
* Added Uber Unique monsters ( see database )
* Added sounds from Diablo I
* Some skills were reworked
* Increased power of monsters
* Increased drop for unique and set items


I worked on the mod for six months and this is not the whole list of changes that I made.
I have more ideas, but I need time and rest. Please understand me.

Stepped into the Den of Evil and immediately knew this mod was going to be great. The only problem I've run into so far is that frozen orb, hound of the wild hunt and shocking glacial star have misaligned prerequisites, preventing any allocation.

no no no no no.. stop, why? My tester said me that all is ok. You need frozen orb for acces to hound of the wild hunt, and for the shocking star you need nova and thunder storm. Or, if you saing about synergy bonuses, yes, these skills uses skills from another trees.

Thanks, I understand how it works now.

I'm now at the new act 3, which is really different, but very fun. Definitely a big change in tone from the silly Den of Evil.

But it seems that my character has spawned a bugged Abandoned Nest, which doesn't have the exit to the Bloody Woods. Resetting the level made this exit spawn, so I'm guessing one of the level variations just doesn't have the exit in it. I've included a link of my save with the bugged map.

So.... we have 2 problems. First. Your char level is to low for Act 3, avarage recommend 25+. You don't have town portal scrolls and healing potions...
Second..... Game generated map for your char where is no map with exit from Nest.
I'm very sorry... it was tested so many times and every time game generated map for my chars with this map. I'll fix it in few minuts and will upload fix to moddb, please wait.

How to install:
Unzip DATA folder in E=mc2 mod folder.

For example:
mod installed in D:\games\Diablo II\mods\Emc2 R2019 Heroic Edition
go to "Emc2 R2019 Heroic Edition", put DATA folder from this archive here and thats all.
after that "Emc2 R2019 Heroic Edition" will be contains 4 folders:
data, database, PlugY and save.
