Is it possible to make, that you can open stash anytime, anywhere?

Is it possible to make it so, that you can open stash, anytime anywhere? Or create an item like Horadric cube, that can open stash from inventory?

There is a D2mod plugin for that in 1.10 called D2StashScroll. I did however have a bug with it where it locked my character from doing anything.

With CE you could create a pspell that mimics the cube pspell but instead opens the stash.
You could then add this pspell to a misc item that you right click to open the stash.

Kieran, I don't know ASM and don't know how to use ollydbg. I need to spend months to learn how to do it. The best thing that is available to me is to use D2StashScroll for version 1.10. But, I am using D2 version 1.13c.
