Can Teleport Fade Be Disabled?

Can Teleport Fade Be Disabled?

I have been messing around with teleport, on-hit effects and auras to create janky softcoded keyboard controls, and it mostly works, but there is still one very annoying issue: there is a black fade effect every time you teleport via item-effect or aura, which becomes dangerously flashing at low frame casting rates. Is there any way to disable this fade, or are there any alternative skills that will function the same as teleport, but without the fade?

Hey, I'm trying to do something similar- getting a teleport to always warp to player location via skill (effectively having a hot key to warp a merc to player) how did you implement the on-hit mechanic to be on demand? And how bad is the fade issue? I'm not expecting to use this often but during boss fights it might be often enough to be bothersome.
