I'd like to derive from some interesting skill mechanics in Median (with proper credits given, of course) but I can't figure how they work. Could anyone please help me on how these skills work mechanically?

Laz did release the txt files for various versions of median along the way, his site should still have the last versions list that contains txt files.

I suppose you could make a post series in Skill Clinic - It'd be helpful.
With a title like
"Creating a periodic nuke"
In the first line you give the credits (author, mod, version), and the original name of the skill.
