Is there a way to create a mod without using -direct -txt anytime??

yes, there is. but first, some comments to your post:

-the title is very undescriptive
-you could have posted this in general mod making, where it fits better
-you posted two messages in a row. why? there is a nice edit button on the top right of your post.

furthermore, there is a description in the "idiot's guide to mod making" on how to do that. you can find the guide here.
