Well, i'm on the verge to upload a massive upate for classes and items.
Maybe 20-30 new screenshots and so on.

What is planned to show :

-> new class layout and skills.
-> new subcabal spells,skills.
-> new machanism :

* Elementalist can use Elemental Essence (sort of shard of crystal) to
summon various elemental. Each essence come sinto 3 level (lesser,normal,greater) and carry out the actual stats of the summoned elemental. Elemental featured are :

fire,ice,lightning,earth,lava,air,blood,void.

* Same kind, the Hunter/Beastmaster can use beast Token (hiho brother Laz) to summon her minion. She also got minion summoning skills but an summon some other, more powerful, more versatile minion out of beast Token. prepare to tame : Sunbeam Lion, Frostreaver panther, Shamgath Viper, Blood raven, ...
Also, prepare to seek out for minion oriented items that gives +% to minion dmg, increase minon hp...

* each other cabal or sub cabal have new mechanism either tied to their relation to items (watch for the Artificer's skills using the Athanor to produce nw crafted items) or to skill relation. Chaos/Deathspeaker use negative energy radiating from undead (either enemies or minions) to increase its power, The Knight/Templar gets stronger when wearing Holy item and naturrally detect evil.

I hope the mod comes with an explanation to give to my girlfriend why we won't spend the x-mas holidays together :D

Those new features really sound like they will boost the mod's playing experience and replay value, too! :) :) :)

Don't forget about the minion pets, I'd like to see some screenshot skill action/equipment from them sooner or later ;)

I'm on them, have lost soem animations I have to redo tough.
I just have to find a way to get items to work on minions only.

A Shaalfi, trapped by Gangrel Priest in Act 1 - Orcish Hideout.
She's affected by "faerie Fire", a -ac skill launched by the priest.
She's using Chain Lightning to destroy them.

Well done, Joel!

I especially like the way how skills deal with the elemental damage / elemental resistance bonus. That is fresh, new and creative. Now you aren't disappointed any more, when this nice staff for your sorc (er, shalafi) spawns with elemental damage.

Also, the skill icons are extremely good looking and very intuitive for a quick identifying of the skill.

One question, though, regarding the passive mana leech: Does the shalafi need to fight in melee for that (aka Is this the original mana leech from D2X) or does she leech with spells, too? If it's normal damage leech only, she won't have much need for it, since she only cast spells, huh?
