Where can I get Cabal Wars?

Where can I get Cabal Wars?

I wanted to download this mod but when I enter download link on official page there are only plugins and tools.
Second thing is my version of Diablo. Does language which I have (Polish) matters when I want to play cabal wars.

Well CWAT is under beta testing and developement so you'll have to wait a few :)
For the langages, the mod is designed to force ppl to play in english.
