I dont have experience in modifying diablo2, but I've been playing a lot lately and got an idea. Would it be a real fashion creation in which every character class has access to all possible skills? Would it be possible to scale skills (blue), and whether it would be possible to make extra tabs (green) I am determined to act and learn, but I do not know where to begin.
