Unable to Download from Fileplanet

And no, I'm not talking about dl'ing from their personal servers, I'm talking about downloading from the public servers. Everytime I try to download, it says something like this:

Woohoo another strange one... "ODBC drivers expired" what the heck does that mean? Sounds like some element of your windows or IE has expired a testing period or something. Queer thing.

We don't have any mirrors but if you can't get it to work just send me an email and I'll send it to you (make sure you mailbox can receive 3.5 MB)

Khan, if you could send me one, I'd be very happy. I'm still trying to get the mod to work again. (I tried a complete fresh install with different discs on a different computer, and got the same problem, so I'd like to use a new ME zipfile to see if it makes a difference.)

If you could send it to faragon@emailme.nu (my old emailaccount, hotmail doesn't accept anything above 2mb, but emailme.nu is kinda unreliable, so I hope it'll work.)
