Sunder Charms

Anyone still playing this game can look into the dropping of Sunder Charms ?

I make the sunder charms drop from Andy hell (Cm3 code) but the sunder charm doesn't have the sundered effect, only have negative resistance effect. I wondered what went wrong ?

Are the the names for prop correct ??
