Server Status and Invitations

Hello, I would like to know what the server IP and name is to connect to play the Rune Mod online is. if there is one =P

The server status link gives out a VBS error

The server add-on that Sir_General provided days after he released the latest Rune Mod is supposed to handle the connections for you. But I keep getting the Download Patch screen when I try.

Nope, when I load up the game without using the exe file he provides, by using a simple shortcut with -direct -txt
it shows connect to sirgen's mod, but when I go to load a singleplayer game it crashes right when it starts to load, however if I use the EXE it came with, I don't get the crash, but I also don't get the sur gen's gateway on the b.net thing. Outta just list the IP address and stuff to make it a lot easier =P

I see why it wasn't showing connect to sir gens, because I didn't copy the BNclient.dll

Now that it's working, yes I do get a downloading patch screen, and it does nothing.

Any Idea when it's going to be back online? I keep getting the download page as well, tis strange, I really wanna play this online because it's really cool, Nobody will ever have the same equipment as anyone else, really unique

Ok this has been adressed a few times, check the other posts before u post. when it brings u to the download screen it means the server is DOWN. sorry for being harsh. (if it was:s)

When you say server, do you mean like you're hosting a TCP/IP game?

hey man, it's ButtfaceMacPoo, we played a couple of times. I tried to log on just now...I see you've gotten to hell!!! So I take it you got past duriel ok then? Do you think you could get me past him? I've tried it like eight times already and it always freezes while fighting him...One time I knocked off about half of his health before it froze. Maybe if you are powerful enough, you can help me kill him and we can do it fast enough to get the quest before it freezes. Let me know when you can set up a "normal" game.

I would damn like playing on your server, and I just might. Id like playing on your server more if it was a closed server.

If anybody reads this then post on the forum i started: "What servers are available?"

I simply want to be able to play on a server thats fun that isnt b-net

, thats closed 8) , and isnt full of hackers (God I hate US-West)
