Space Siege

Post by Ezri » Sat Sep 12, 2009 9:42 pm

I got Space Siege yesterday (Friday, September 11, 2009) in the mail, because I purchased it new on Amazon. Well, I didn't actually play the game until today (Saturday, September 12, 2009), and it runs fine (other than it being extremely laggy, even on the lowest graphics settings and in the smallest window), except for this one error I just got. I was playing it on single player and was entering the "Medical Lab Delta" (atleast I think thats' right) and it crashed the game. Here is a screenshot of the error:

This is a computer issue, not a game issue.

Your computer could not allocate enough memory to run the level.
You should buy and install more RAM
Although done for our needs, mod-makers should like these changes, too.

It does sound like a memory issue.

I would check the manufacturer website to see if you have the latest patch just in case it is a bug with the game.

VirtualAlloc means that your computer could not allocate enough virtual memory, so I'm quite certain.

I'm unsure in it.
Ezri, try to play without sound. Just off it completely and see what'll happen.
