How many skill points do you get when you level?

Hi
I've read that we are supposed to get 2 skill points on each level up? I am only getting 1? Is this a bug or something that hasnt been put into the game yet?

Yes, there are two skillpoints on level up.

It's possible plugY overrides this if you using it. In that case check plugy.ini

I have never used plugy before but i found the .ini files and it says:
[SKILL ON LEVEL UP]
ActiveSkillPerLevelUp=0
SkillPerLevelUp=1
because activeSkillPerLevelUp is set to 0 then I believe this to mean that its disabled? I have tried altering these two options and i save the files but as soon as I run bfe and go into the game so I can see my character and then exit the game the two options have reset back to 0 and 1? So something else is interfering and causing me to only get 1 skill point per level??

yes, set it to 0 disables it.
