How to instal this update .. i download it .. but .. it's some file i don't know how to open it

You should have downloaded file called "Requiem" without extension. Open on example winrar, and open that "Requiem" file from it. Then you will see few files in that archive, you need to extract "Mods.exe" into game folder. Last step is just to run "Mods.exe" in your game folder. I wish you happy playing, you can post info about your progress here in the forum.
