Druid Werewolf

For some reason, I have no increased attack speed as a Werewolf. Actually, I attack slower in Werewolf form than human form. Bug?

EDIT:

Upon further testing, the IAS only occurs for sword-type weapons. Maces, polearms, and axes all have equal or even less attack speed in Werewolf form than in human form.

Any thoughts?

I've had the same problem even when using another mod, instead. This is most likely due to the broken code Blizzard left us with in v1.1x, as was pointed out by Nefarius in many places in the first post of his thread here:
