Well I've been playing this mod since it's release...the mod version is 1.2, or so it says in D2.
Anyway I decided to update to 2.0, and followed the link on Talonrage's website to download 2.0> 2.3 @ fileplanet. After downloading I followed the instructions and installed 2.0, 2.1 > 2.3 in order...
But I got this error:
Assertion Failure:
Location D2Common\DataTbls.cpp\line #2227
Expression: pbData
So I tried installing the 2.0 version I got off of fileplanet (filename : hells_torment_v2[1].0.rar) and it worked with that. Then I installed the 2.1 mod, and got the error again. Seems to be a problem with the 2.0?
One thing I noticed after installing 2.0, in D2 it still said version Mod version 1.02....
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Removed obsolete fix, update to the latest version of the mod (v2.4) as the Titles.bin problem is fixed in it.

Is the 2.0 version 11.1 MB?? Because that's the one on fileplanet.

Yes , v2.0 is 11.1 MB in size. The other 5 updates are from 6-12 MB each.
