It's not PlugY anymore (or at least not just PlugY) SVR is doing some testing at the moment but it's most likely relating to a D2Mod plugin either not handling the client/server logic of ip/tcp player or taking so long to long, it's almost a form of internal "time out". You'd be better off to check with him for specifics although during his local test (which speeds up the possible time out) he COULD connect through his own LAN so he may have some pointers...

Apparently according to SVR the D2Mod plugins are somehow slowing the loading time down to the degree that multiplayer times out
