hey! 1.06 is for download =)

Barbs not use Leap Attack =( IMHO charge doesn't fit well on a rude barb since it requires precision and a sharp mind :P

well, I think I will leave a bit my mod to test the new patch with my Paladin :)

kekeke the summoner druids got a nerf :lol: I expected it they were soo easy.

Foxbat I wish you can nerf the Martial Artist a bit, she seems to overpowered with the cobra strike and the Tiger strike, maybe changing them to a high level ones should make it more balanced in the early game.

you solved the WorldStone chamber bug, that's great :)

note: I find strange that you can leech mana/life from the skeleton archers and the skeleton mages, they seem like the the normal skeletons so why you can't leech from them but you can with the other?

well, lastly, I give you a big "THANK YOU" for the new patch with the bugs fixed cheers and keep up the good work :)

Vendanna the Concentration Zealot and his Friend the Fire Mage continue his path in the Hell difficult in the nice Lut Golein after defeatin a really scary Radament that Spawned Physical Immune Multi shot and Lighting Enchanted but thanks to Redemption, Resist Lighting and a belt full of purples for a sword stabbing Fire mercenary they revenged Atma's child :)

Barb mercs don't have a leap attack animation, so that makes it kinda difficult...

About skeletons: my opinion was that running into one unleechable monster for a leech-reliant character was not a big deal, since you could fill your bulb on a leechable monster. This is not the case if you happen to draw say skeleton archer, skeleton mage, and melee skeleton all on the same level. That's why only melee skeletons are unleechable. This also applies to things like rot walkers and doom knights.

And expect a 1.07 pretty soon, to fix up some goofs, with a few balance tweaks thrown in. Some people are reporting unhandled exceptions on certain machines introduced by 1.06, I need to figure this out. :(

Wow, survived an MSLEB, I guess the pally resist auras are good enough. :P

yeah, but this also force players to drink potions (hey they are for something :p) and since I'm doing that since I started in normal for my really bad luck with leech items I don't find it hard (and Paladins have Redemption ;))

and lvl 10 Resist Lighting (since I already have maxed the main skills on my paladin) its very good, thanks to 12 full purples and maxed resist in hell =)

Barbs doesn't have that animation? wow it is sad you can't use the Barbarian Leap Attack one inestead :(

well, I'm attached to my fire mage so the other mercenaries should be tested with other characters.

last thing, is there a 7L cow level screenshots? I heard its a very good level and I want to see them if possible before enter in it.

anote another person with unhandled exceptions, I can't play with the 1.06 so I reinstalled the 1.05 again :(

Can you send me some error logs? Logs are in your D2 folder and are in the format "D2######.txt" where ## ## ## is the date in yy/mm/dd format. Open them up in notepad and do a search for "unhandled" for those exceptions, if you find one of those, sending me that file may help me nail the error.

Are you using Windows 9X when you get these errors? It looks like the data section access problem FoxBat has been wrestling with.

sorry, I was ill and in exams period so I can't reply faster :(

yes, I was using windows 98 on the cpu. (the previous patch 1.5 doesn't gave me errors)
