Help please, Regarding multiple copies of AR-SE in WinXp

Hi, im running, Lod 1.09, and AR-SE 1.07, and windows xp pro.
i would like to know how to run say two copies/instances of AR, on my pc without being connected to a network, or connected to the internet.

i find that when i choose to host, the tcp/ip is "greyed" out.

the only reason why i am wanting to copies is so that i can bring in two of my chars, to pick up items, to keep... i.e item mules.

mmm, can someone help me please win98 worked no prob as could host a mp game without being on a network, or internet..

Have you tried the dual player d2gfx.dll plugin yet? I don´t know if you need to have a network card installed or not for it to work though.

if u poke around in the the fury within forum i made a post sohwing in detail single player modding without use of d2gfx.dll mod.. prbly a few pages back by now but u can take a look
