D2Lang.dll Error

When I start CE, I get an error:

The D2LANG.DLL file is
linked to missing export STORM.DLL:904

Im getting very frustrated with this. Yes I have reinstalled D2 and CE. Im trying to get this to run so I can play on D2Manaic's server.

I had the same thing... then I realised I didn't have v1.10 hehe.
Sure you have 1.10 installed?

..and sure, you dont use a modified file from another mod?

Well the thing is, when I use 1.10 on D2 Manaics it gives me a Idenification Verson error. So I think the server only runs with 1.09b-d

There are aroun 100players in CE on {No mentioning of private realms - consider this a warning} at the moment

Version Problem means that a dll on your syste is not a dll which should be there...
A clean install of D2+LOD+Patch1.10+Mod715 shall work with version info

any kind of loader, or change of dll not in my package can cause that issue
