Translation please....

Konnte D:\games\d2mods\chaosempire\713a.exe nicht öffnen


I get that when I try and run the .exe file....could someone tell me what it translates to so I know what I am doing wrong.

EDIT: Seems the file out at planetdiablo is corrupt in some way shape or form, but I downloaded from the alternate site, v7.13a, and got it to load just fine....

I just downloaded the file from fileplanet, you are right, there must be an error during upload(never have had this in last 6 years)

Thanks for giving feedback about the Rar Package, I will make a new package with English Exe, never thaught about that , and upload it again
