I will review your work and add it to the tutorial section ASAP.
This applies to all tutorials in all sections of D2 modding that you would like to see in the tutorial section.

Which format will be supported (html, doc, txt...)?

Maybe I write a tutorial for creating new and beautiful control panels with the help of GIMP.

The best would either be submission as a post in the appropriate forum or, if it helps as *.doc or *.sxw. (in this case PM me in advance)
