in uniqueitems.txt copy the item rename it to something else,And add a new string to patchstring that names it the same. And now you can output a totally diffrent armor or even the same armor,With slightly modified stats however you wish to do it. Example tyrael might tyrael might2 tyrael might + tb...

and another thing,Im pretty sure dmg spells will work in town. A few years ago there were a few hacks that allowed a couple of characters to actually pk in town,But while they were outside of town. But the missles would travel though town and actually kill you,As if you werent even in town. Im not s...

- Barbarian 'buff' skills, like battle orders, work in town, but only affect your character


these work in my mod perfectly as they do outside of town
they effect other char's as well :)

im not sure i know at one time i had the sorceress's thunderstorm skill working in town and it was castable but it soon came to my head that this was a bad idea lol. So my guess is maybe they will work. Crash's may happen im not to sure and im not at home now so i cant test this. Maybe only missle r...

i do belive your wrong kingpin (wow thats a first)

to get spells working in town you have to set the "Town" colum to 1 in both missles.txt and skills.txt
this works for the ones ive changed in my mod atleast (barb shouts,teleport,etc)

Say you want your character to start with grandfather
clone grandfather,clone the item type. Set it to always unique

and add your unique to charstats

its pretty easy actually,If you dont understand let me know i can give you better details

you see if an editor cannot recognize skills that you have added it will not work right,Atleast zonfire works that way. Ive added some new skills and zonfire will not save charactors anymore. add some "fake" skills to each character
i find that this disables character editors from working properly
they will give "Bad Dead Bodies" error's

really weird now!
i evened out all the skills (they all have 32 skills) and only the barb works now
the others are giving me the same problem,just not the barb now

what specificly causes a bad inventory data error? I make a charactor,works fine. then i reload the charactor and i get the error.

ive searched and searched though code and i cannot figure out how to allow more than 6 set items per set. Anyone know how to go about doing this?

ive figured out where the files are stored yet i cannot figure out how to change the color? Ive changed the rgb colors in objects.txt and ive also looked at all the .dcc files in the data.mpq file.....And those are red. So my guess is that theres just a blue overlay to change it from red to blue.......
